heard the gd news from H that the ring finally got tied to her hand…..congrats….i wanna be her moh if she does’t mind…and even one more exciting news from another best buddy…..lots of happy news at the beginning of 2010….god bless u all!!!! heehee..:)

The first homemade soup (老火湯系列 – 清補涼)

First time making chinese soup (老火湯) by myself at home..

of course must try something super easy, thanks to my dear friend for giving me a small pack of ingredient (清補涼), together with some pork (i used 細展 bocs i like to eat the meat afterwards), just put all the things into the pot for 2 hours and that’s it..

After 2 hours… when we decided to drink the soup….

OMG! all the waters are gone!!!!

So we just add in some more water in immediately and luckily the soup still has some taste….

So…no photo this time…must add oil !

My dearest MOH just flied to Hokkaido for her honeymoon today …. the wedding banquet was ended with lots and lots of joy and happiness…

Everything turned out to be smooth and like ours, and with a surprise, that you didn’t cry out in both the church ceremony an d the speech …this is good, bcos if you cried, probably i would…

After more than 1 year’s preparation, we both completed the mission and big project of our lives…and am so happy to have u bringing me much memories throughout the course of preparation n the sharing of experience (am sure you would feel the same too…:P)

i have to tell you one thing:  I remembered the first time you asked me to be your MC : i immediately said ok without hesitation.  (i think i would just respond in that way for very limited person) First time being MC, hope won’t let your ‘glasses broken’ on me..kaka……i was nervous before going to the stage bcos i  just went thro a very rough so-called ‘rehearsal’ with the other MC……and u know me, i just want it to be PERFECT n not to give u a memory that ‘ the MC is not gd ya..’ hahaha….and i hope i passed…kakaka…

Maldives memories – yummy yummy..

For those going to maldives for honeymoon / holiday, you may have already heard that the food there was pretty expensive…so hotel will give u a choice to choose whether to buy the meal package in advance …but still, some told me that don’t expect too much on the food….

There are 2 major restaurants in the resort, one is at the in ocean villa side, and the other is opposite to our island where beachfront villa locates at….um..the food at our side is gd gd gd, but honestly speaking the food at the beachfront villa side is just so so…we just tried one dinner there and don’t ever wanna visit that again..

Lunch buffet

Everyday there are various choice of freshly made salad….all the salads are super tasty and the one i love most is lobster salad and seafood salad….salads and desserts are on the buffet table while you can choose 1 main course on the menu..

Nice dinner at the In Ocean Villa Italian restaurant…(set dinner is much nicer than the buffet…we only had 1 this nice set dinner during our 3 night stay, bcos 1 day we went to the other side restaurant, and the other night was a mediterranean buffet…, i missed this nicely italian dinner)…

Tiger prawn salad...the lobster salad is better though.

Have you ever received flowers from a girlfriend?

Collegaue: Grace, someone sent you a flower, pls go to reception & collect it..

Me (very confused, it was not my birthday nor someday special, n i just backed to office to work after honeymoon holiday days ago…who ’s gonna sent me flowers?)…lots of ??? in mind while i was walking along the corridor to go acknowledge the gift…: ‘Can i have a look on the delivery address? ‘ (to ensure it was sending to the correct recipient….and it was correct…)

Immediately opened the gift card to see what’s going on…it was really a surprise that it was my highschool & university friend to send it over to say a surprise congrats on my wedding….

u’r just too sweet, sweetie!! Thank you so much and it was really a big surprise ever to receive a flower from a girlfriend…

Wish someday soon i’ll witness your important moment too!!!
