Hand-made Christmas Wreath …yes, admit it’s a bit late..but still wanna share with you! it’s quite difficult to make and the class overrun by nearly an hour, thanks to ellie the talented floral teacher…

i like it soooo much…

清酒煑花甲

材料

花甲皇, 雞湯, 日本清酒Sake 一瓶, Parsley “芫西” 切碎, 洋葱一個切粒, 辣椒少許切碎

 

做法:

  1. 花甲皇用清水洗淨
  2. 起獲, 下少少油爆香洋葱粒
  3. 下雞湯, 日本清酒份量大約1比1
  4. 放花甲皇, 大火煑至花甲開口
  5. 把parsley辣椒碎放上面輕攪拌即成

 

眾人皆讚不絕口! 成功! Yeah!

Hand Tie Bouquet – white roses mixed with purple blue vanda orchid

Oh, it has been a very long while haven’t updated the blog , the first post in 2011 greets with a hand-tied bouquet, with pretty white rose, and purple vanda orchid….so pretty, and i put it in the seviced apartment where i lived in now…:P

健康甜椒菇菇松露醬炒意粉

材料
意粉,本菇一包,紅黄甜椒各一個,松露sause (citysuper 有售 約1/3 瓶)

煮法
1. 煲熱水,放意粉煮約+分鈡(下少許鹽,olive oil),盛起
2. 下油,蒜蓉爆獲,炒香甜椒及本菇 (落少許鼓油.糖,黑胡椒調味),盛起
3. 把已熟意粉和松露醬拌勻,下黑胡椒及糖炒片刻,最後把(2)放上面即成..

醉雞翼,我鐘意食

实在太lazy 了,久久也沒有update blog … 不行,要努力D先.

識得我耐的朋友們都知道,娘家整屋人都愛烚下烚下,冬天到夏天,夏天到冬天,食極都唔厭..

爸爸有好幾度版斧,自家弄的醉雞脾滑到不得了…便從娘家拿了支女兒紅回家親自炮製..

登登登登…

Easy to cook yet yummy yummy

好好味,街市冇雞脾賣用左雞翼代替,用汁來撈麵簡單快捷好味!

我倆把整个汁也幹掉呢!

材料

1. 雞翼6隻( 太少了)…

2. 一碗’女兒紅’紹興酒, 少許雞湯(約半碗).胡椒粉,糖少許, 葱切段少許

3.薑磨成薑茸

做法:

一. 把雞用(2) 及(3) 醃30 分鈡 , 酒及雞湯分量剛蓋過雞翼便可

ニ. 把(一) 開火煑至滾熱後3-4分种,即熄火上蓋焗15-20分鈡,即成.

這個餸相信是肉燥飯後我倆的大熱菜式之選.

老公激讚!!! (他的要求也真不算高喲!) ..

花膠湯

愛上煲湯!

天氣乾燥,認真要滋潤一下.. 前陣子看中醫說不能吃寒涼食物(什么沙律魚生凍飲全都不宜),但他說花膠可以多吃 .. um..好!最鈡意花膠…

材料 – 花膠2隻, 螺頭2个, 豬$20, 蜜棗 2粒, 淮山4片,龍眼肉5粒, 杞子少許

做法 –

1. 把豬氽水

2. 煲熱水, 把材料全放下,用猛煲5分种,然後轉慢火煲2小時左右

好好味!

自成為c9仔一族後,一星期總有一兩天在家下厨.

我的拿手餸….北京拉麵襯灣仔碼頭餃子,百吃不厭..

但總不能餐餐如是.

好友美女厨神煑得一手好餸,終於拜師學藝,鼓氣勇氣, 煑飯去..

準備材料中好!準備就緒!

準備就緒!

Yummy yummy! 送飯一流!

終於有餐飯仔食喇

1. 冬菇蝦米瑤柱菜飯

材料 – 冬菇數隻蝦米瑤柱少許,白菜仔少許

做法:

1.冬菇浸軟(冬茹水留下待用)切粒, 蝦米瑤柱切粒

2. 白菜仔切粒

3.用冬茹水煲飯,把(1)鋪於米上

4.飯差不多熟時把白菜仔加入飯煲,即成

2. 台式炒肉碎

材料 -攪碎豬肉$15,乾葱3粒切片,辣椒切粒,蒜蓉少許

做法:

1. 用豉油,糖,麻油,豆粉醃豬肉30分鐘

2. 爆香蒜蓉乾葱辣椒,把豬肉炒至熟透即成

成功!!! 好味道! 謝謝我的厨神好友!
